It's plain to see from the Glasgow climate conference that fossil fuel reduction targets are not going to be met by 2050, let alone 2030. Re: "Nuclear power the answer", (PostBag, Nov 14).Īt the risk of incurring the wrath of fellow environmentalists, I tend to agree with much of the unpalatable conclusion of "Climate Realist" that we must continue to invest prudently in nuclear power for a finite number of decades.
